Osborne County is smack-dab in the center of everything! Whether it's shopping, hunting, fishing, biking, taking a tour or just loafing - there's something for every member of the family. Experience our friendly and affordable restaurants, motels, bed & breakfasts, and hunting lodges after you've explored a ghost town or taking in a community celebration. Make plans to attend one of our annual events - the Kansas Storytelling Festival in Downs, Alton's Jubilee, Natoma's Labor Day Celebration, Osborne's Rod Run, or the Osborne County Fair.
The Osborne County Community Foundation would like to invite you to participate this February in our “Love Your County” Campaign 2017. The Osborne County Community Foundation is a nonprofit organization that works to improve Osborne County and its communities. Osborne County has an exciting opportunity this February through the inaugural “Love your County” Campaign 2017. The Dane G. Hansen Foundation has agreed to match any gift to Osborne County ($5,000 cap per individual) up to $50,000 to go towards our local endowment fund. This means your gift will be doubled and all funds raised will be used to help improve our county! All gifts will be placed in an endowment fund so the Osborne County Community Foundation can begin now and continue to give grants for years to come.
